Planning Policy and Local Plan Advisory Group

Councillor Rose to replace Councillor Pavlovic.

Health and Wellbeing Board

Lisa Pope, Director of Commissioning and Partnerships at York and North Yorkshire Integrated Care Board (ICB) to replace Sarah Coltman-Lovell. Lisa Pope to be appointed Vice-Chair.

Outside Bodies

Local Government Association – General Assembly

The Local Government Association (LGA) has advised that City of York Council (CYC) is entitled to an additional place. Currently there are four members comprising two Labour and two Liberal Democrat members. In accordance with political proportionality, the Labour Group has nominated Councillor Lomas to serve as an additional member on the LGA General Assembly.

Ouse and Derwent Internal Drainage Board

Due to a change in the Board’s constitution, there is now only a requirement for four City of York Council representatives to serve on this Board (previously five). Councillor Rowley has agreed to step down as a representative on the Board.
